Rules
- No excessive noise after 9pm to 6am
- Guest is responsible for Lot Conditions (ie Trash, Storage, No Frig/Freezer, Vehicle Repair, Pet Fencing. Etc.)
- Lucas Gusher RV Reserves the right to ask any guest to leave at anytime
- Weekly and Monthly rental has a NO refund Policy.
- 2 vehicles per site any trailers or boats must be approved for storage area
- RV’S 15 years or older must be approved by management
Pet Policy
- No Pit Bulls
- No Aggressive Dogs/ Owners Please pick up after dog
- Leashed at all times on Property
- No Pet Left outside of RV Lots or RV Rentals
Rentals
- Late Fees are $25.00 First day and $10.00 per day after that
- Deposit Refund amount based on physical inspection of rental
- No Smoking in Rental Units and Park Facilities
